General Refund Terms

We are committed to providing quality educational content and ensuring customer satisfaction. Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, timing of the request, and specific circumstances outlined below.

Course Enrollment Refunds

Full Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund under the following conditions:

Within 14 Days of Purchase: If you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent access to course materials and our support team cannot resolve the issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the purchase date.

Course Cancellation: If Lyravosentina cancels a course before completion, all enrolled students will receive a full refund of the course fee.

Partial Refund Eligibility

Partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for:

Between 15-30 Days: Requests made between 15 and 30 days after purchase may qualify for a partial refund of 50% if less than 40% of course content has been accessed.

Special Circumstances: In exceptional situations such as medical emergencies or other significant life events, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Lyravosentina management.

Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are non-refundable:

Completed Courses: Courses where you have accessed more than 75% of the content or received a completion certificate.

After 30 Days: Any refund request submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date.

Promotional Discounts: Courses purchased using special promotional codes or during discount periods may have modified refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.

Third-Party Content: Courses or materials provided by third-party instructors may be subject to different refund policies as specified on the course page.

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to all subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if the cancellation request is made within the first 30 days of the subscription period and usage has been minimal. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.

Certification and Examination Fees

Fees paid for certification examinations are non-refundable once the examination has been scheduled. If you need to reschedule an examination, rescheduling fees may apply as outlined in the specific certification program terms.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Provide any supporting documentation if your request is based on technical issues or special circumstances.

Step 3: Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Step 4: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund Processing

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, processing times vary depending on your payment method:

Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

PayPal: 3-5 business days

Bank Transfer: 10-14 business days

Please note that Lyravosentina is not responsible for additional processing delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.

Refund Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods.

Account Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, you will immediately lose access to the refunded course or service. Any certificates, progress records, or downloaded materials associated with the refunded purchase must be deleted and may no longer be used.

Exceptions and Special Cases

Bundle Purchases

For course bundles or package purchases, refunds are calculated based on the individual course prices rather than the bundled discount price. If you have completed or substantially accessed some courses in the bundle, those courses will be deducted at their full individual price from the refund amount.

Gift Purchases

Courses purchased as gifts follow the same refund policy, but the refund must be requested by the original purchaser, not the recipient. Gift purchases are eligible for refund only if the gift code has not been redeemed.

Corporate or Group Licenses

Corporate and group license purchases have separate refund terms as outlined in the respective licensing agreements. Please contact our corporate team at help@lyravosentina.com for assistance with group purchase refunds.

Denied Refund Requests

Refund requests may be denied if:

The request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy

The course content has been substantially accessed or completed

The request is made after the applicable refund period

Dispute Resolution

Chargebacks

We encourage all customers to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through our refund process may result in immediate account suspension and denial of future services.

Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
